Warwick’s Albert Wisner Public Library (AWPL) – located just a short stroll away from the heart of Warwick Grove – was recently named Library Journal’s “Best Small Library in America 2016.” Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the award was created to encourage and showcase the exemplary work of libraries serving populations under 25,000. According to the Journal, “The Albert Wisner Public Library has truly earned Best Small Library in America recognition.
