Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Susan Schneider is no stranger to the sales and marketing industry.
Real Estate is Susan's second career. Previously, Susan split time between living in LA and NY working as a sales executive in the television and entertainment industry for 30 years. In 2010, Susan made the decision to leave her career in California behind and move back to New York full time.
"I left entertainment and came to New York looking for something new. I purchased a home in Warwick Grove and that's when I met Carole. I got my real estate license and my first project was working on the Warwick Grove development. My early training was in that lovely neighborhood and that's where I absolutely fell in love with real estate."
Susan quickly settled in to her new home and career in Warwick, and applied the networking and communication skills she mastered during her successful career in television and brought them with her to her new career in real estate. The only difference between the two jobs?
Working with people.
"In television, I was mostly working Business to Business. With real estate, I meet new people every day. I love finding out what people's next adventure is and helping get them into their new place."
Outside of work, Susan loves nothing more than going out and socializing with people, which half the time includes her ever so handsome rescue dog, Trey.
